In various hands, apparently fleet officers preparing copies for use at headquarters. Signed by various officers, among them Commander Thomas de Chateauneuf (no. 3); le duc de Choiseul (nos. 1, 4, 8-10) and Admiral le duc de Penthievre (no. 11)
Number 4 signed by Louis XV, 24 Feb. 1762.

Numbers 26-40 dated 1786-1788.
Bound in 3/4 leather, decorated with anchors on spine; marbled boards and endpapers. Various watermarks.
