Among the toasts drunk were those to General Arthur St. Clair, George Rogers Clark, Daniel Boone, and General William Henry Harrison (p. 14-22)
In a speech to the assembled, Harrison remarked (p. 23): The pleasing pages of Blair and Burke were of course discarded, and substituted by the theories of Saxe and Folard, and the elementary lessons of Sims [i.e. Simes] and Steuben.
Longworth saluted as the "successful cultivatorof the genuine native [ Buckeye]"; his remarks follow, p. 45-48. See also vertical file.
