Note
This is a restrike of Paul Revere's famous print of the 'Boston Massacre". It shows seven British soldiers firing their rifles into a patriot mob. This bloody scene was an effective propaganda piece and was circulated with an impassioned poem attached. This restrike omits the title which should appear at the top, and the poem, of which the upper portion of the letters in the first line only appear below the print. Rather, appearing below the print in the lower right: "Restrike 1970 * Imprint Society"
