This catalog has been produced in conjunction with the exhibition, Massachusetts in the American Revolution: “Let It Begin Here,” on display from October 23, 1997 to May 2, 1998. It is the first in a series of exhibitions focusing on the contributions to the American Revolution made by the original thirteen states and France. This exhibit followed the course of Massachusetts’ participation in the American Revolution, from the earliest debates to the formation of the Society of the Cincinnati.
