Annouces preparations for Lafayette's visit to Geneva, N.Y., on June 8, 1825.
"General La Fayette will arrive in this Village at Eight o'Clock To-Morrow Morning, escorted by a Troop of Horse, in company with the Committee on the part of the Vilage."
"Citizens of the village and neighboring country generally, are requested to unite in rendering a hearty welcome to the distinguished Friend of American Liberty.
"The General's stay in this place will probably not exceed two hours. It will therefore be important that the Military be in readiness at an early hour in the morning."
