At bottom of p. [1]: Com.tee a[t] Weathersfield [sic] [Wetherfield? or mistaken for Litchfield?]|On verso: "Benjamin Bissell deserted for some time and since has joined his regiment. As soon as he will ascertain the amount of supplies which he has right to challenge, will doubtless receive the whole, and indeed orders are lately given to the Committee of Supplies particularly to furnish the family further ...."|"It may be proper to charge him half wages for the time he may draw pay ...."|The list reflects the costs of the supplies for families of 10 men, not the supplies themselves. It also contains notes of former accounts|Men mentioned: Benjamin Bissell, John Kelly, John Mason, Daniel Munger, Benjamin Palmer, Samuel Rossetter, Samuel Stannard, Henry Smith, James Wright, and Philemon Wilcox.

"This is to certify that the town of Litchfield agreeable to act of Assembly, have supplied families of non-commissioned officers & private soldiers of the Connecticut Line in the army for the year 1780 ...."
