"File no" DIG-ADM-67-44257. Admiral Woodward greets British and American war workers--a hearty handshakes and a warm smile from Read Admiral C.H. Woodward, USN, Chief of the Industrial Incentive Division, U.S. Navy, greets four British and four American war workers touring industrial centers of this country and England to get an insight on both 'home fronts.' In a brief statement to the eightmen, Admiral Woodward hailed the record established by industry during the past year, but pointed out that it must be increased during 1944 to fill growing requirements. The workers promised a full measure of effort for the trials ahead. With a month's tour of English plants just concluded, the American quartet will now accompany the Birtish visitors on a tour of this nation's installations."
Stamped on back: "Ref, Dept. 1-7 44 N.E.A."
