Two items. The first, dated June 1780 and signed by Cooke, lists charges for "100 days service fitting the army accounts", including driving horses from Danberry to Weathersfield by way of New Haven and others from Danberr to Weatherfield.|The second from the Connecticut General Assembly in May, 1780, directs the state treasurer to pay "in bills of the late empire" the account which they had examined. "Test. Jedediah Strong Clerk" and "Concurred in the Upper House, test. George Wyllys, Secty|Cooke was a colonel in the Connecticut militia.
