Docketed on verso: Wagoners 2d Br.d|Skidmore and Wing each receive 4 rations; Elipha[z?] Parsons, W.M.B. [i.e., Wagon Master Brigade?] and Joseph Dickson F.M.B. [Forage Master Brigade? ] 3 rations each; and Othniel Brainard, A.F.M, 2 rations.

At bottom: Rec.d of John Barnes, Comsa. for the use of the above twenty seven lb. sugar, seven quarts W.I. rum, for wich [sic] they have paid 2 pounds, 8 shillings, 0 pence.
Document probably dates sometime after June, 1781, when Washington ordered the reorganization of the New England regiments into battalions.
