"Agreeable to an order of a court held for the county of Westmoreland the 29th of October 1783 for the settlement of the guardians' accounts with the orphans of William Porter decs.d ... having met and examined the accts. ... we find a ballance due the orphans of said Porter in cash to the amt. of [85 pounds, 19 shillings, and 8 3/4 pence] and 1444 [wt?]of tobacco [broken down into the amounts due each of the 3 orphans] Given under our hands this [blank] day of De.r 1783 / Samuel Templeman, Augustine Moxley [and] Thomas Spence|At a court held for Westmoreland County the 24th day of February 1784, this account of the guardianship of the Orphans of William Porter deced returned agreeable to a former order of thie court and ordered to be recorded.
