Likewise the depriation up to the year one thousand seven hundred and eight one and his receipt shall be your sufficient voucher [signed] Luther Frisbee"|"This may certify that Luther Frisbee has served the United States of America as an artificer from the seventh of Oct. 1777 up to this date and is now in actual service.
