"Please to pay Nathaniel Frisbee the pay that may be found due to me for my service in the United States as an artificer. Likewise the depriation up to the year one thousand seven hundred and eight one and his receipt shall be your sufficient voucher [signed] Luther Frisbee"|"This may certify that Luther Frisbee has served the United States of America as an artificer from the seventh of Oct. 1777 up to this date and is now in actual service. Westpoint, March 3d 1783 [signed] T. Patten, Capt. Artil.y Artificers. Patten also witnessed Frisbee's statement.|At bottom: I certifie the above term of service as set forth by Capt.
