"I do certify, that the State of Pennsylvania is indebted to Robert Merrick in the sum of one thousand three hundred & thirty three collars, being for a horse ... supplied to the Army.|In 1780, Doz was named Commissioner for procuring supplies in the City of Philadelphia.
