"I do now relinquish & give up all my right, title claim and inteest ... to a certain Negro wench Jane with all her children (which wench was left to my mother by my father during her life & at her death to me) But as my s.d mother did since intermarry with Rich.d Callawy who is also dead, & by him she has several children, I now relinquish all my claim ... forever to my s.d mother Elizabeth Calloway ...."
