Boston, Mass. -- Mrs. Larz Anderson, who organized the first canteen in France for the American army during the World War, announces that she has received the necessary authorization from the United States and the French government to undertake financing of similar canteens for the benefit of the anti-aircraft forces defending Paris. Jan. 31, 1940.
