[Joel?] Hays Company; Nath.l Bacon, Phineus Holcomb, Ezekiel Hays, and Zenus Hays in S[amuel] Hays Company; Ezra Pratt in Jobe [Job] Case's Company; and Caleb Holcomb in B[enjamin] Holcomb's Company.|The cost for each was 2 pounds, 7 shillings.|See Rolls and lists of Connecticut men in the Revolution ..., p. 67: Return of the eight months men in the 5th Connecticut Regiment commandeded by P.B.
