Griffin seeks confirmation of military service in the Revolution for Zebina Burr of [Jedediah] Huntington's [17th Connecticut] Regiment, Elihu Humphreys Company; for Richard Gay in 1775 ; for Daniel Bill ; and for William Pratt in Col. [John] Ely's Regiment in '75, to Roxbury in 1777 and '78.|Phelps's [draft] response at bottom: "for Mr. Gay at Roxbury also served at Lexington; certificate for Z. Burr; for Dl. Bill I have made a full statement - less would be returned; certificate Wm.
