Marks, Samuel H. - Correspondence|Robinson, George - Correspondence|Acknowledges receipt of Robinson's reply and requests the certificate of Ephraim Morgan's service that Marks had previously claimed not to want.|Morgan served in the 1st Connecticut & in the Commissary Dept.|A commissioner in the Pension Office found evidence in 1857 that Elizabeth Morgan, widow, was entitled to receive the pension and that her husband had died before March 4, 1848.|In pencil at the bottom of p.
