Unfolded free-franked leaf that was originally an envelope; original contents not present.|In ink above address, possibly in Tucker's hand: free Th. T. Tucker|Both Tucker and Giles were politicians,and Tucker, from 1794 until his death was treasurer of the United States, and as such entitled to the use of the free frank privilege.
