A satire of Lord Frederick North, also shows Lord Mayor John Wilkes; Lord North is depicted straddling a stream overflowing with members of parliament, his feet supported on blocked labeled "Tyranny" and "Venality." He holds in his hand a lighted torch labled "America." Britannia holds a banner that reads, "Those that should have been my preservers have been my destroyers."
At bottom: "See our colossus strides with trophies crown'd,/and monsters in corruption's stream abound."
