In an unidentified hand|Four men are listed; one name is crossed out: Charles Sargent, Ebenezer Kelley [crossed out], Josiah Kimbel; Elias Bou[illegible]iel|On verso, in a different hand: Middlesex Aug.t 2d 1775 The three soldiers within named appeared & repeated the oath required by Congress to the [taking?] by the Massachusetts Army before me [signed] Jona Hastings Justice of Peace|Charles Sargent, Ebenezer Kelley, and Josiah Kimball are all listed as members of Currier's Company in Frye's regiment in Massachusetts soldier and sailorsof the Revolutionary War.
