Names Levi Shaw, Samuel Greely, Samuel Stevens, and Andrew Mace. All of them appear as members of the East Kingston Volunteers -- see N.H. Antiquarian Society, quoted in Provincial and State Papers of New Hampshire
According to Heitman. Historical register of officer of the Continental Army, one Enoch Chase was a 1st lieutenant in the 2nd New Hampshire Regiment as of 8 Nov. 1776 and Capt. as of 22 Dec. 1777.
