"This appraisal was made by competent experts under the direct management of the American Art Association of the Anderson Galleries, Inc. ..." at bottom of front cover (appraised by Leslie A. Hyam).
This appears to be the second appraisal completed by the Association; this second appraisal resulting in a different grand total of $105,856.50; the grand total of first appraisal came out to $360, 710.00.
The appraisal was completed in June of 1937, possibly in preparation for Isabel Anderson to bequeath the estate to the Society of Cincinnati after Larz Anderson's death in April 1937.
Penciled annotations (possibly by Isabel Anderson) as well as three attached notes on pages 54, 127, and 145.
