In different ink on p. [2]: N.B. Edward Conner resides in Penns.a / Joseph Pasmore in New York. Neither name is included in the numbered list, only one of whom ranks above serjeant: Lietenant James Kimball. Six were mariners.
Benjamin Lincoln and Henry Knox were original members of the Massachusetts Society of the Cincinnati; Lincoln was its first president, and Knox the first Secretary General.
