"Printed and published by W. Moore ..., where the most spirited letters and essays will be thankfully received and correctly published in the hypocrite unmasked."
Regarding the author's arrest & detention: " The above paper will be printed verbatim, as when first published on the 8th of June last ... for which, and a hand bill called, England in blood, I was arbitrarily seized on the 10th of June (as the supposed author, printer and publisher) by a party of soldiers ...."; Moore supports the rioters protesting the Catholic relief bill.
