At top of page [1]: 1st Corinthians, 15 chap. 52 verse / The dead shall be raised.
Biographical information about Richardson begins on page [3]: [He] entered Cambridge College about the year 1770. He tarried there some time. I am not able to say how long, left, turned his attention to the medical profession, and entered as a surgeon, the army of the American Revolution."
"After the peace, his name was enrolled among the worthies of American Independence, as a member of the Society of the Cincinnati, he was presented with a diploma of his membership, signed with the illustrious name of George Washington as its president."
Also mentions his membership in the Massachusetts Medical Society and the Masons.
