Analytic study of the portraits of James Wolfe which exist in paintings, engravings & original sketches, for the pouposes of presenting a clear picture of his physical charateristics.
Colored portrait of Wolf on frontispiece was painted by an unknown artist after Wolfe returned from Louisburg in 1758 & was possessed by John Clarence Wester.
