Rulings on the rank of Lieuts. Kerney and Glenn and Ensigns Moore and McGavock.
In 1779 Colonel Joseph Crockett was directed by the state of Virginia to raise a regiment,and to proceed down the Ohio River to assist George Rogers Clark.
