Receipts for service under Philip Schuyler. Jolibois [Jollibois in Metcalf] served in the 1st Canadian Regiment under Livingston before being assigned to Schuyler; Delezenne [Delezeume in Heitman and Metcalf], in the 2nd Canadian Regiment.
Receipts on both recto and verso. On verso of no. 3: a partial recept bearing only the signature of John Welles.
Schuyler was an original member of the New York State Society of the Cincinnati; Trumbull, of the Connecticut Society
