"Appendix containing sundry resolutions for carrying on an expedition to St. John's in Nova-Scotia" ([2nd] [1]-[4]): detailed 16 resolutions on the levying of a regiment of 728 soldiers & officers to attack Empire Loyalists in Nova Socita. But the proposed campaign was never launched.
