"The drafted militia on the south side of town will parade in front of their tents at sun set at which time the roll will be called. They then will be drilled until seven and from six in the evening untill sun set every day except Sunday, the Adgt will attend the drilling .... No soldiers to leave ... without permission in writing from his commanding officer ...."
"All prisoners for capital crimes will be sent to the guard house at Fort Severn and will be guarded by the soldiers at the fort untill cleared or discharged."
