"In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are required to attach the goods of estate of John Hodsdon of York ... in the County of York to the value of thirty shillings ... and for want thereof to take ... the said John Hodsdon ... so that he may be had before me John Frost, Esq., one of the justices of the peace for the county aforesaid ...."
"Then and there to answer to Daniel Wier Nowell of York ...."
