Requests detention of one M. Seguin Deshors who "quitte le regt. d'une maniere qui n'est pas le meilleure" wearing the uniform he perhaps dishonored. M. Seguin, was apparently a former officer of his regiment. Custine also requests that Seguin be put in a safe place until M. Puysegur writes with further instruction.
Custine was an original member of the French Society of the Cincinnati
