"You can have the house lately occupied by Wm. Duer, for L150 for the current year - L50 to be paid down. The house has lately been put in decent order. I must give an answer this evening."
Burr was an original member of the New York State Society of the Cincinnati.
Only traces of red seal remain on p. [4].
