In several columns, showing for each month to whom and where supplies were issued and in what quantities. Recipients were James Wallace in Providence, John Gardner in Newport, and Fenner & White in Providence, and "General orders & small parties, State of Rhode Island.
Supplies included flour, salt beef and pork, dry fish, rice, beans, peas, roots, rum (both New England and West Indian), soap, candles, salt, hard bread, pickled fish, corn and rye meal.
Portions of document missing at fold, affecting text.
Watermark: J Bassuet -- differs slightly from figure 81 in T. Gravell. Cat. of foreign watermarks, p. 44. In this present version, a chain line bisects the "U' in Bassuet.
