Jonathan Trumbull (Jr.) was the brother of artist John Trumbull and son of Connecticut governor Jonathan Trumbull (Sr.).
Trumbull, Wyllys, and Judd were all original members of the Society the Cincinnati in Connecticut.
Printed document signed with original embossed paper seal of the state of Connecticut.
