Telegram regarding the Andersons being invited to visit the King and Queen of Siam at their temporary home at Ophir Hall, 25 miles north of New York City. The King was visiting the United States in order to undergo a delicate eye operation.

Prince Amoradat Kridakara was Minister to the United States from Siam from 1929-1931 and a Major General in the Siamese army.
