Library copy: blank paper slips pasted over the text in the oaths (p. 12-13) covers a declaration that the oath taker considers it unlawful to take up arms against the King or those commissioned by him under any pretence.
Ms. notes on front free endpaper seems to innumerate the quarlities of the ideal king "He is great with pride ..."
