At foot of bill signed by Napier dated London, Apr 30, 1756; on verso endorsed as paid by Beckett.
Napier added a signed note addressed to the army agent William Adair requesting that it be paid.
Bill totals £154 16s; among the items listed are "28 boat shell mettle gilt threaded swords for serjeants," "22 neat twisted threaded water gilt mettle swords with strong silver gilt grips mounted on best Dutch engraved hollow blades," and "25 neat buff belts fine l[eathe]r stich’d with strap buckles& hook locks town made."
Napier added a signed note addressed to the army agent William Adair requesting that it be paid.
