Plates: pen, ink and watercolor drawings of plans depicting batallion schedules & positions; each with opposite explanatory ms. text leaf.
Folded plate at end (watercolor plan, signed Roeli (?) & dated 1773, with 2 attached folded text leaves in a different hand) refers to "Essai général de tactique" by Guibert.
