"The original designs and engravings from which these impressions are now taken were executed by Duplessi Bertaux, Coigny, Fragonard, Malapeau, Veny, Girardot, Niquet, Duparc, and Meunier."
First 8 plates with accompanying "preliminary discourses"; 12 portraits accompanied by a translation of the original descriptive text.
