Includes hand colored engraving which represents of Admiral Byng at "Home," and "Abroad"; in "Home," Byng appears as a fine gentleman, with "Strong" anchor & a ship called "China were house" (satirical allusion to Byng's fondness for fine porcelain); in "Abroad," halter passes round the neck of Byng with his hands and feet in fetters.
Satirical song on the trial of Admiral Byng; song "Dedicated to the Captains Kirby [i.e. Kirkby], Constable, Wade, &C. in theregions below." (these officers commanded ships in the action with a French, 1702, when they deserted Admiral Benbow)
