Nos. 1, 2, and 4 signed by Eleazer Wales and Fenn Wadsworth for the Committee; no. 3 signed only by Wadsworth; nos. 5 & 6 by William Moseley and Oliver Wolcott Jun. All are countersigned "Huntington", possibly Jedediah Huntington, who at one time during the war had commanded a militia regiment and after the war served as the Connecticut state treasurer succeeding Lawrence.
Recipients: no. 1: Capt. Ebenezer Barnard (18 shillings); no. 2: Capt. Benjamin Cargill (5 pounds, 14 shillings); no. 3 & 4: Capt. John Collins (10 pounds each); no. 5: Jared Dudley (2 pounds 13 shillings and fourpence); no. 6: Capt. Matthew Smith (40 pounds)
