Also mentions court martial of Lord Charles Hay; the blue ribbons awarded Lords Rockingham and Temple, and a rumor "that you are Sr. Jeffrey with a red one, but I am not told it yet."
Reports that "Mr. Pitt is very angry with Gage."
Closes with the hope that he'll have time enough "to take a dance with the pretty girls [underscored] before the campaign."
