Thomas Raynold/Raynolds/Reynolds does not appear in Metcalf or Heitman; nor does his name appear in the Memorials of the Massachusetts Society of the Cincinnati (Boston, 2004). The name "Thomas Reynolds", however, appears 5 times in Massachusetts soldier and sailors of the Revolutionary War (1905), vol. XII, p. 129; the first of these is listed as a Bristol resident. Norton is in Bristol County, Mass.
