Head and shoulders, to the right, in uniform. He wears the eagle of the Society of the Cincinnati on his left lapel. Oval. Without letters.
This copy looks very similar to the etchings by Albert Rosenthal but there are no letters. Plate marks are clear. It is however, clearly after the portrait by Savage. See similar engravings by H. G. Smith as P&E L2003D223m.
