Two petitions: the first seeking compensation for loss of a house; General Sullivan ordered it destroyed at Charlestown in 1776, because it "was, with several other buildings in the vincinity, at that time in possession of British troops"; the second seeking damages for losses caused by the army sent to put down the Whiskey Rebellion; the Committe denies both cases
