This humorous poster celebrates "The bicentennial Presidental Inaugural 1789-1989" with a cartoon by Pat Oliphant showing Presidents George Herbert Walker Bush and George Washington walking down restored Pennsylvania Avenue with flags hanging from all the buildings. At the bottom of the poster, is the copyright of the NTHP and the following credit: "Made possible by Printers II, Inc. and Wilcox Walter Furlong Paper Company."
