These Commemorative posters were produced by the Department of Defense to promote the Bicentennial of the Constitution of the United States in the late 1980s.
The first poster features an eagle with rockets and laural leaves in his talons against a blue background of stars. The artist name, Pisani, 1-21-87, appears near the right border. Below the title is the Bicentennial logo and DA Poster 360-207-2, May 1987

The second poster features a revolutionary soldier and the American flag against the preamble to the Constitution and a broad royal blue border. The artist's initials: HAL, appear below the soldiers feet. The bicentennial logo appears on the lower left, dividing the title. .
The third poster features colored portraits of 30 U. S. Presidents who served in the armed forces beginning with Washington and ending with George H. W. Bush against the golden backdrop of the Preamble to the U. S. Constitution. The bicentennial logo appears in the lower right.
