Concerns the end of the war and urges the speedy conclusion of a treaty of peace; the author cites the acquisition of "an immense tract of territory added to the dominions of Great-Britain ... the intire [sic] Province of Canada, with Cape Breton and Louisbourgh, and all the countries to the south and south-east of the Mississippi, so that we shall be possessed of the vast extent of all North-America that lies between the Rivers St. Laurence and Mississippi, and the Atlantic Ocean." (p. 8)
