This hand crafted poster explains a project that the DAR in Fredericksburg did with the help of the Naval Historical Foundation. The two photographs are of a building on the site where John Paul Jones was believed to have lived in Fredericksburg, Va. The information on the poster indicates that there is no doubt that the site is the location of the Commodor's house, but there is doubt over whether the building pictured is the original house. The project involves the purchase of the site and if the house is authentic, then to restore it, or if not authentic, tear it down and erect a monument to John Paul Jones instead.
